I am a professionally trained, qualified and accredited Executive Coach and am training to be a Coach Supervisor.
Before becoming a full time executive coach I gained over 20 years experience working in a wide range of roles within the NHS, Civil Service & Voluntary Sector working at General Manager, Director & Board level.
Over that time I built up a track record for authentic leadership, for developing others, and for engaging both hearts & minds across huge and complex change projects.
My love of working and developing others lead me to qualify as a coach during a period of maternity leave so that I could set up my own executive coaching and supervision business when our daughter started school. I am now also an Assessor, Faculty Coach Mentor & member of the School Executive for The OCM
