The initial conversation can then lead to a chemistry and planning meeting where
clients clarify what is needed; the choice of intervention(s) is/are co-designed; a
relationship framework is developed; and the work is commissioned.
Elaine works to the Code of Ethics which have been developed by the European
Coaching and Mentoring Council, the Association for Coaching and the International
Coaching Federation.
