Elaine is a professionally qualified and accredited European Mentoring and Coaching Council Master Practitioner Coach Mentor. She has an Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (with Distinction) from The OCM and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy.

Elaine is also an accredited professional coach with the Association for Coaching, an accredited Coach Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy, is a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 and EQ Bar-On Practitioner. Elaine is also a coach trainer and assessor with The OCM.

Elaine is now studying for her Masters in Coaching and Mentoring at Middlesex University where she is developing a new meta model for executive coaching, coaching supervision, reflective learning and leadership development.

Elaine also writes in the professional coaching press and was a major contributor to “Coaching and Mentoring: Practical Conversations to Improve Learning” which was published by Kogan Page in March 2009. She has also just written a chapter on “Presence in Coaching Supervision” for the Association of Coaching new book on “Supervision in Coaching: Supervision, Ethics, CPD and the Law”. Short published articles include “Transformational Learning: A Reflective Process” and “Coaching Lands at BAA” which were published in The OCM Journal in 2007 and 2008. Elaine is a regular contributor to the Coaching Supervision Academy’s Newsletter and is working with them on a new book on Coaching Supervision which will be published by Routledge.
