CONVERSATIONS
Elaine has designed a contemporary and exciting new model called the 'Tree of Executive
Coaching'. An Organic and Holistic Framework for Enabling Inspired Conversations which
been inspired by the trees around us. The model has been designed to help coaches explore who they are, how they coach and what they bring in ways which best serves their
clients.
Coaches are invited to design their own Tree of Coaching by articulating their own roots,
trunk and branches - in ways which refresh and re-energise, bringing alive you, your
work, and your own personal and professional learning journey in service of your practice.
The original thought piece, together with a Workbook and a Bibliography of Resources to help
shape your conversations and your reflective inquiry is now available from this website.
